Initial Sketches
The plan arrangement for the Clara Street Residence was driven by the need for natural light to reach the ground floor of the house. The introduction of an internal courtyard, not only brings light to the lower levels of the house, but also serves as a calm, green respite that can be seen from all areas of the house.
